My experience.

When I started taking magnesium I was always a little jacked up listening to rock and roll music when I drove. When I started taking magnesium I wasn’t as jacked up & didn’t listen to music much at all. It was a big difference. Enough to notice. It also helps with my sweet cravings in the afternoon if I take a second 200 mg in the afternoon.

My experience

CoQ 10 seems to be a bit better than resveratrol at upping motivation. I get free 100mg caps from my Medicare plan but I buy 50mg’s from Amazon, 100mg is too much for me.

What I have found is that taking a lot of different herbs/supplements I don’t need as much of any particular one. I often take half of what the bottle says.

If you are concerned about taking too many supplements/herbs I’ve experimented with over a hundred different supplements and herbs and I am still alive. 

This guy takes 60+ supplements and he’s in his 90’s if I remember correctly.
